Relationship Therapy

Relational therapy may heal past betrayals, return to the connection you once felt, bolster your connection, or support the relationship through transitions.  We’ll seek to acknowledge the pain behind patterns of conflict, creating new ways to communicate vulnerability and longing.

Our sessions will provide a different experience than what happens outside of therapy, direct feedback, and tools. Relational therapy is for intimate partners, families, roommates, and friends.  Start therapy so you can better understand why you fight and feel more connected when you do.

Individual Therapy

In individual therapy, we go to experiences and feelings that you may feel haunted by, and not safe exploring on your own. 

Through our work together, you gain the strength to honestly hold your experiences and explore the ways you have learned to protect yourself from heavy feelings and create new patterns of comfort. The experience of feeling known in therapy is something you can carry on in how you respond to your own needs, respond to others, and express your needs.
